Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By confirming your order you automatically agree to have read both the Shipping and TOS and accept them.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES Due to the limited nature of our products, you may not cancel, change, exchange or return the contents of your order once it has been finalized and confirmed. All products are non-refundable! However, if you receive a defective product upon delivery, please contact us via email. heyhentai@outlook.com so we can try to find a solution. You have 7 days to request a return/exchange on the day of delivery

PAYMENTS You agree to pay the full price for the merchandise in your order at the time you submitted your order and the delivery fees for the shipping service you select. (plus any additional duties, taxes or fees your country may have.)

FULFILLMENT products may take anywhere up to 10 working days to be sent out! due to managing the HeyHentai store solely by myself and working a day job throughout the week, I will try my absolute best to fulfill orders as soon as possible.
